All Inclusive Rental Fee

The old maxim about comparing "apples and apples" not "apples and pears" is never more true than at Futures Park. Our approach is to offer a genuinely all inclusive fee - in fact the only additional bill you are likely to have is for telephone calls. The rest is included in your monthly fee.

For one monthly sum you will receive:

Modern Office

Unfurnished, carpeted, double glazed with good lighting and blinds on all windows. If you require a furnished office then please contact us to discuss.

Dedicated Management Team

5 enthusiastic individuals who will provide a first class professional image and will always give you and your visitors a warm welcome.

Lighting & Heating

Utilities costs are covered in the rent so no separate billing.

Car Parking

The centre has a large free car park offering ample parking for your staff and visitors.

24/7 Access

Main reception is open between 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday thereafter our computer controlled entry/exit system allows you 24/7 access.

Maintenance

Fixtures and fittings in offices such as door locks etc will be repaired or replaced if found to be faulty.

Cleaning

Waste bins emptied daily with a full clean occurring weekly.

Free Meeting Room Usage

4 hours per month use of meeting rooms (excluding conference room).
Outside of allocated hours you will be charged for their use.

Reception Services

Sorting incoming post, taking deliveries, meet and greet visitors, divert telephone when out of the office so we always pick up your calls.

Buildings Insurance

The building is fully insured but you will need your own contents insurance.

Rates

Building rates are covered in the all inclusive monthly licence fee.

Security

CCTV coverage and fully monitored building security alarms.

Commercial Broadband

Shared broadband Internet access.
